Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

Effective 1 July 2021.

In simple terms, the purpose of the act is to ensure that all South African organisations conduct themselves in a constitutionally responsible manner when collecting, processing, storing and sharing a person’s personal information by holding them accountable should they abuse or compromise your personal information in any way.

We would like to ascertain you that we keep your information secure and only approved and highly trained people have access to your information. We also give you the option of changing or removing the information we have on you on the website. As an organisation that handles a huge amount of personal information on it’s website we make sure that the safety and security standards to manage your data are always high and we will always maintain that high standard.
